Mr. K. Sreenivasa Rao has been associated with AEL as an Advisor since 2014. He has been contributing to the proposed expansion plans of the company. Mr. K. Sreenivasa Rao, in his prior assignment he was working as Managing Direct of a company which was selling IT educational courses. The unique business model has more 1000 franchised IT centers delivering basic and high end IT courses. He also brings in vast experience spreading over various industries like Retailing and Direct Selling.

His vast experience in the field of Strategic Planning and implementation on profitability and Cost Management, Managing National Operations, Customer Care and Complaint. Resolution relationship management, compensation plan, Sales Incentive Programs and rewards and recognition programmes. New Product Launch, setting up distribution system, Supply Chain Management, Training, Legal affairs and PR Policy & Procedure Development, Team Building & Performance Improvement, Crisis Management.

23 years of experience in the Direct Selling and Retailing Industries. Successfully managed cross functional teams in MNCs and Indian Companies. Has experience in working in startups and had contributed immensely to the expansion and growth of business. Had successfully taken the company with regional presence to national presence in a very cost effective way. Had reengineered the business processes and launched new product categories and there by grew the business.

He is an IIT Madras ( B.Tech) and IIM Ahmedabad (PGDM) pass out and has 23 years of experience.

Dr. Prasenjit Mohanty, a British Citizen has been associated with AEL as an Advisor since 2014.He has been contributing to the proposed expansion plans of the company. Dr. Prasenjit Mohanty, a British Citizen, worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Department of Civil & Structural Engineering of the University of Sheffield, UK, from 2004 to 2007. He worked on an EPSRC research project: "Dynamic Behaviour of Stadia Under Human Occupation and Excitation", which was awarded to Dr. Paul Reynolds. Dr. Prasenjit has developed software AutoMPE, which can do modal analysis automatically and in the absence of user interaction. Dr. Prasenjit received his PhD from the Delft University of Technology, The Netherlands on a research topic "Operational Modal Analysis in the Presence of Harmonic Excitations". He has a B-Tech from IIT, Kharagpur with specialisation in Ocean Engineering and Naval Architecture. Dr Prasenjit is recipient of Shri Sam Dotiwala Cash Award, 1999, and also recipient of the Dominick J. DeMichele Scholarship Award, 2003.
